Will tickets be available at the door?

Yes! You can purchase early bird tickets here, or at the door on the day of the Festival.

Who can attend this event?

We welcome all people to attend. Sahtein Sydney is a fun festival that you can spend with the whole family!

ID checks?

Over 18 ID checks will be made as you enter the festival. You will be given a wrist band indicating an over 18 status.

Can I bring my pets?

NO animals are permitted on site with the exception of guide/companion dogs.

I haven’t received my ticket? What do I do?

An automated email is generated and sent upon purchasing your tickets. Please check your spam/junk folder in case it’s ended up there. If you cannot locate your tickets, please email us info@phoeniciaevents.com.au and we will re-email your tickets.

Do I need to print the tickets?

You can show your ticket on your phone.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we are a fully licensed event. Entry to the event is at your own risk.
Please do not bring alcohol with you as it will be confiscated and not returned. Security has the right to check all bags.
There will be a full serviced bar in an enclosed area. Alcohol will also be served in the VIP lounge. Both areas will have security at all times. If you wish to purchase or consume alcohol, you must have proof of age photo ID. Persons without ID will not be permitted to enter these areas.

What about drugs?

This is a drug free event. If you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Event Site and may be referred to police.

Will there be security?

Yes, we have partnered with a well know local security company to ensure the event remains safe for our visitors to enjoy the day.

Will I need to bring cash?

Yes but you can also use your debit or credit card. There will also be an ATM on site.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No BYO. No food or beverages are allowed to be brought onto the site. All food, alcohol, beverages and water are available for purchase on site. There will be a water station for you to top up on.

Will the event be cancelled if it rains?

Inclement weather can disrupt an open-air event. However, the event will not be cancelled due to wet weather. In the case of extreme weather conditions, the event will be postponed to the second weekend of April.
Postponement dates are Saturday April 11 & Sunday April 12. If we are unable to hold the event on these dates, the event will be cancelled.

Will I get my ticket money back if the event is cancelled?

Yes you will, refunds will be made minus the booking fee.

Smoking Policy?

Sahtein Sydney is a non-smoking event.

Toilets?

There are two blocks of toilets available for visitors to use.

What about if I need medical assistance?

Medics Australia will be on site in a designated First Aid marquee.
